No, we do not offer trial periods for our plans. Upon signing up, your subscription will be activated immediately, and the date you sign up will serve as your monthly renewal date. This means you’ll be charged immediately and then subsequently on the same date each month.
Yes, there is a minimum commitment period of 3 months for each subscription. If you need to cancel before the 3 months are up, you will be charged for the remaining balance.
We love when visitors become regulars! We offer fantastic discounts on our Gold and Platinum Annual plans. Save $99 with our Gold plan, and $180 with our Platinum plan. It's our way of saying thank you for your continued business!
Unused services cannot be carried over to the next month. However, if we are fully booked and cannot schedule your service, we're happy to book you at our earliest availability the following month. We do our best to stay flexible to ensure you have the best possible experience!
Don't worry - we've got you covered! Our team will be in touch to update your payment details. If payment issues persist, we may temporarily pause or, as a last resort, terminate your subscription. You will receive an invoice for the outstanding amount. We’re committed to providing a smooth, fair, and transparent process.
Membership Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change! If you need to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time, please note that last-minute cancellations cannot be rescheduled and you will forfeit that month's service.
To cancel your membership, simply click the “Manage” button at the bottom of your payment receipt.
If you cancel before completing the minimum 3-month commitment, you will be charged for the remaining period.

All memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment. By subscribing, you agree to call or book online to schedule and redeem your monthly services.
Unused Services
Unused services do not roll over to the next month. However, if the spa has no available appointments, we will honour your service and carry it over to the following month.
Auto-Renewal
Auto-renewal ensures uninterrupted use of your subscription plan until you decide to cancel. Armin’s Beauty Affair will automatically renew your subscription using the payment method on file unless you cancel or contact us two weeks before your renewal period. By proceeding with payment, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions.
